Background/About Us:
• Formed in April 2014 as a Texas domestic non-profit corporation.
• Created to plan and execute all of the philanthropic activities of Kaneka Americas Holding, Inc. (KAH)
and other companies within the Kaneka Corporate group.
• Headquartered at the KAH main office at 6250 Underwood Rd., Pasadena, Texas.
• The Kaneka Foundation has been granted 501(c)(3) tax exempt status by the IRS.

Scope of Activities
• Charitable Contributions to other 501(c)(3) organizations
• Employee Volunteerism (Kaneka KARES)
• Contributions to various schools and districts for scholarship programs
• Grants for natural disaster relief.
• Employee grants to promote volunteerism in the community.
